You can choose from a number of industrial units:
- UNIT 1: LET - office unit, 800 sq feet, single phase electrical supply
- UNIT 2: LET - commercial workshop/warehouse or lock up, 1750 sq ft, three phase electrical supply
- UNIT 3: LET - commercial workshop/warehouse or lock up, 1750 sq ft, 3 phase electrical supply, first floor
- UNIT 4: LET - commercial workshop/warehouse or lock up, 4200 sq ft, three phase electrical supply
- UNIT 5: LET - commercial workshop/warehouse or lock up, 3800 sq ft, three phase electrical supply
- UNIT 6: LET - garage repair shop, 800 sq ft, single phase electrical supply
Unit price per sq ft ranges is £2.50 per annum. All unit rates are payable by tenant with lease agreements made on a verbal basis. A notice period of 3 months will be required from tenants and myself if the unit space is no longer needed or no longer available. Non domestic rates are also payable by tenants (small businesses receive rate relief in Calderdale District).
